•    Student’s three passport size colour photograph. 
•    Student’s Aadhaar card. 
•    Student’s Bank account passbook copy. 
•    All required certificate if applicable (OBC/SC/ST) 
•    Birth certificate (Age proof) for class I to V. 
•    Previous school marks sheet copy & Transfer certificate required if admission in II to V class. 
•    Only for new admission EWS category apply students (EWS/BPL) Certificate.
•    Admission – Reservation criteria – Economically weaker sections (EWS) of the society – 25%.
